Job Description
You will be managing organizational sales bydeveloping business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with the marketing team.
To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality and a hunger to chase and close newbusiness from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Your KRAs will include the following:
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting
Managing organizational sales by developing business plans that cover sales, revenues, and expense controls
Finding and developing new markets and improve sales by promoting the organizations and its product
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
Developing quotes and proposals for clients
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, or related field
2-4 years of proven experience in Banking Channel & Corporate Sales and Marketing, experience in Digital Banking products is an added advantage
Strong communication skills and IT Fluency
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth
