Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of child psychology, and experience working with neurodiverse children. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including schools, hospitals, pediatricians, and parents, to promote and expand our services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, hospitals, pediatricians, and other healthcare providers to promote our services.
Client Engagement: Conduct webinars, workshops, and seminars to educate parents and professionals about our services and the benefits of specialized childcare for neurodiverse children.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Lead Generation: Generate and manage leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to senior management.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Training & Development: Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery and client engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or childcare industry.
Strong understanding of child psychology, autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Passion for working with neurodiverse children and their families.
Preferred Skills
Experience in conducting webinars and workshops.
Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in neurodiversity and childcare.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
