Position-Sales Manager
Location - Gurgaon (WFO)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Working Saturday per month)
Responsibilities:
Lead Closure and Meetings:
- Thoroughly comprehend client requirements, fostering relationships throughout the sales process, and effectively closing deals.
- Meet with potential clients, showcase our services, and address any concerns or objections.
Lead Generation:
- Identify prospective clients through strategic prospecting methods, such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Introduce our services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and generating interest.
- Maintain an organized database of leads for future marketing endeavours.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Actively administer sales plans, adapting tactics to meet evolving market demands.
Business Acumen:
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of client needs and how our services align with their objectives.
- Tailor sales approaches to individual client requirements, showcasing our value proposition effectively.
Target Achievement:
- Assume responsibility for meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and goals.
- Utilize proactive measures to ensure consistent progress toward objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate detailed reports on sales activities, analyzing data to derive insights and inform future strategies.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Proposal Development:
- Create compelling business proposals that align with client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings.
- Present proposals professionally and persuasively to potential clients.
Industry Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of developments in our company's products/services and industry trends.
- Use industry knowledge to enhance sales performance and provide valuable insights to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively address client concerns or objections to maintain positive relationships.
Team Handling:
- Have experience in handling a team of (3-5 people)
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role or sales environment, preferably within a design agency.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated individuals comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
