We are seeking a highly motivated sales coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting a Team of Brand Partners in achieving their goals by managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guide brand partners to function efficiently by capitalizing on their capabilities.
Successfully manage a team of 30 Brand partners by allocating responsibilities and providing support as needed in an effective manner.
Setting goals for the Brand Partner team and ensuring company quotas and goals are met on a monthly basis.
Acting as a liaison between Brand Partners and management to strengthen relationships.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and any south Indian language.
Solid interpersonal and leadership capabilities displaying the qualities of a rational decision-maker.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven experience in sales or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
