Requirements of the job:
- 10+ Years experience in Industrial Power Transmission Product and Distribution Management / Channel Sales.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering with relevant techno-commercial selling experience in the region.
- Knowledge of Industrial market segments, distribution network, end users competition for PT Products.
- Proven track record of achieving deliverables on New Business Development, End User Penetration and Setting Up Distribution Network and achieving deliverables on sales revenue, growth business objectives.
- High level of customer centricity providing timely solutions and service thereby winning customer confidence.
- Influential Strong Communication building customer relationships Internal Managerial/Collaborative Skills
- Self-Driven, Forecasting, Analytical, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, High Level of Integrity Ownership.
