Sales Manager (West & South India) - Medicinal Cannabis Products
Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our
medicinal cannabis products in the assigned geographic territory.
Your primary focus will be on engaging with medical centers, oncologists, and orthopedic
surgeons etc Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Market Development & Penetration: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
early in the sales cycle to maximize revenue. Target Medical Consultants and
Specialised Clinics within the area of control.
2. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential
customers within the region.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our medicinal cannabis
products and their benefits & Educate healthcare professionals (oncologists,
orthopedic surgeons) about the benefits of our medicinal cannabis products.
4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and state cannabis regulations.
5. Distribution Network: Manage and expand the distribution network, including B2B
sales.
6. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the medical
audience. Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted
campaigns.
7. Sales Targets: Achieve sales and collection targets with the support of your sales
team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare
management).
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or
pharmaceutical industry.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information to
medical professionals.
