Job Title: Sales Manager (Incentive-Based)*

Focus Realm is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our lead generation and sales efforts. This is a fully incentive-based role where the manager will earn 10% of every successful deal they close. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and a hunger for success, who wants to grow within an innovative educational technology company.
*Key Responsibilities*:
- *Lead Generation*: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients in the education technology space.
- *Client Outreach*: Initiate contact with prospects, schedule meetings, and pitch the Focus Realm LMS platform to potential customers.
- *Sales Pipeline Management*: Develop and manage a sales pipeline to track client progress from lead to deal closure.
- *Product Demonstrations*: Conduct virtual or in-person presentations of Focus Realms features and benefits to prospective clients.
- *Relationship Building*: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- *Negotiation & Deal Closure*: Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
- *Reporting*: Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
*Requirements*:
- Strong understanding of sales processes and experience with lead generation and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in educational technology or SaaS sales is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
