This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role at Hybon Elevators in Dehradun. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.

• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Experience in the elevator or related industry
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Relevant certifications or training in sales management
