We're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad! In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals.

About You:
- 3-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pest control services industry or a similar B2B (institutional) sales environment.
- A strong understanding of the pest control industry and its offerings is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Experience working in the Hyderabad region is a must.
