Job Brief
Join our prestigious client's dynamic team as a Sales Manager - ERP Solutions (MS Dynamics 365). In this role, you will
lead the charge in acquiring new clients, focusing on selling and promoting MS Dynamics 365 ERP solutions with an
emphasis on the Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC) modules.
This position primarily focuses on new client acquisition, with a smaller account management component. As a key sales
leader, you will drive growth by introducing and selling ERP solutions, ensuring effective implementation across various
industries.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new business opportunities for MS Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions, with a
focus on Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC) modules.
Develop and execute strategies to engage potential clients, deeply understanding their business needs and
aligning them with our ERP offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and present compelling proposals, showcasing the unique value
proposition of MS Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions.
Lead the entire sales process from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring smooth implementation and
seamless handover for long-term client success.
Maintain relationships with a select group of existing clients, offering tailored ERP solutions to meet their
evolving business requirements.
Stay up-to-date on MS Dynamics 365 ERP innovations, specifically F&O and BC, continually learning to serve
client needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Provide feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and enhance client engagement efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
A proven track record of successful B2B sales in MS Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions, with an emphasis on Finance &
Operations and Business Central.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers
effectively.
In-depth understanding of MS Dynamics 365 ERP systems, especially the F&O and BC modules, and their
application across industries.
Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
This hands-on & IC role is ideal for a hunter-type sales professional who excels in winning new business and enjoys
shaping ERP solutions for clients across industries, with a focus on 80% Client Acquisition and 20% Account
Management.
