Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Sales Management:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage sales pipelines, generate bids and quotes, and assist the team in closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including forecasts, key metrics, and monthly updates to management.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and onboard new customers through market research and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and implement processes to engage, expand, and strengthen partnerships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Create strategic Sales plans, identify business opportunities, and propose creative initiatives to generate revenue.
  • Negotiate agreements and establish long-term successful partnerships with key Saless.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align on business goals and drive sales success.
  • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to enhance product and service offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in business development, sales, or sales management.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to establish and manage partnerships effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas logically and succinctly.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in creating reports, analyzing data, and tracking progress toward key performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Sales management, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Exposure to e-commerce platforms, retail partnerships, or payment systems.
  • Knowledge of the kids food market and customer behavior trends.
  • Prior experience in selling innovative solutions to regional or national brands.
