Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Sales Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage sales pipelines, generate bids and quotes, and assist the team in closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including forecasts, key metrics, and monthly updates to management.
- Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new customers through market research and strategic outreach.
- Develop and implement processes to engage, expand, and strengthen partnerships with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platforms.
- Create strategic Sales plans, identify business opportunities, and propose creative initiatives to generate revenue.
- Negotiate agreements and establish long-term successful partnerships with key Saless.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align on business goals and drive sales success.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to enhance product and service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in business development, sales, or sales management.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to establish and manage partnerships effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas logically and succinctly.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficient in creating reports, analyzing data, and tracking progress toward key performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales management, FMCG, or related industries.
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms, retail partnerships, or payment systems.
- Knowledge of the kids food market and customer behavior trends.
- Prior experience in selling innovative solutions to regional or national brands.
