Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with expertise in the Hotels/Resorts industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Hotels/Resorts industry in Bangalore Market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of the Hotels/Resorts industry and market trends
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Hotels/Resorts industry
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel/resort owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track and report on sales performance, including sales pipeline, revenue, and market share
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our services
