- Position Overview: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the home interior sector. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the home interiors segment. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Ensure excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and sales quotas. Track and report on sales performance regularly.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, including furniture, decor, and interior design services, to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and forecasts to provide insights. Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer demands in the home interiors sector. Use this information to adjust strategies and offerings accordingly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the sales department's budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience in the home interiors industry is preferred.
Proven experience in team leadership and management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
