Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Head and play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our success in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities. Conduct regular client meetings, property viewings, and presentations to showcase our services and offerings.
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and prospects through various channels, including referrals, networking, cold calling, and online platforms. Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve personal sales targets and revenue goals. Identify key market segments and target clients to maximize sales opportunities.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions. Close sales deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline analysis. Track and monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs.
Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and best practices in real estate sales. Participate in training programs and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Required Competencies:
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships. Ability to understand and address client needs and preferences.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to negotiate effectively to achieve win-win outcomes for both the company and the client.
Results Orientation: Goal-driven with a focus on achieving personal sales targets and revenue goals. Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive sales performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a passion for the real estate industry.
Experience in residential real estate or property consulting is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
High level of integrity and ethics.
