Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers, reduce churn, and increase customer loyalty. You will analyze customer behavior, feedback, and data to identify trends, predict potential churn, and create effective retention programs.

Key Responsibilities :



  • Tackle tasks centered around keeping clients happy and preventing them from churning or discontinuing service. Their day-to-day involves a mix of strategy, analysis, and customer interaction.

  • Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • Commission pay
Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Defence Colony, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
