Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the team to implement effective sales strategies aligned with our

growth objectives.

  • Actively participate in sales planning sessions and contribute fresh ideas to optimize

our sales approach.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Work with the team to identify and nurture potential leads through various channels.
  • Leverage market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
  • Sales Process and Pipeline Management:
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient lead conversion and smooth

sales operations.

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Sales Performance Analysis:
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and

areas for improvement.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to share insights with the sales

team and management.

  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Engage with customers to provide product information, address inquiries, and nurture

strong relationships.

  • Focus on customer satisfaction and retention to drive repeat business.
  • Sales Training and Development:
  • Participate in sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and refine selling

techniques.

  • Proactively develop your sales skills and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Collaborative Team Player:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and

customer support to align efforts and achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • MBA degree with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, although fresh

graduates with relevant internships will also be considered.

  • Passion for entrepreneurship and a strong desire to make a significant impact on a

profitable startup's growth journey.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic startup

environment.

  • Location: Bangalore (Work from Office - 6 days a week)
