Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management in Ahmedabad Region, Vadodara and Gurgaon.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Goal-oriented and result-driven
- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
