As the Sales Manager at GoCeleb, you will be instrumental in driving membership sales and revenue growth for our esteemed entertainment club. Your primary objective will be to expand the club's member base by identifying and securing new partnerships while concurrently fostering revenue growth. You will be pivotal in crafting and executing sales strategies, discovering fresh business prospects, and nurturing robust relationships with both members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify potential partnership opportunities with businesses, individuals, corporate entities, and other pertinent parties.
Cultivate new business avenues and foster enduring relationships with relevant stakeholders and members.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and prospective club members, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to devise impactful promotional materials and campaigns aimed at attracting new members.
Conduct thorough analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Provide regular updates on sales forecasts, pipeline status, and overall progress.
