Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management. You will be responsible for establishing Gallant Sports as the preferred choice for sports infrastructure solutions among educational institutions, corporates, and government bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets by actively pursuing and closing deals for sports turf, tiles, PVC Vinyl, and turnkey projects.
- Introduce and promote new air domes for grounds where pollution and sun prevent play.
- Drive maintenance service sales for sports grounds.
- Collaborate on CSR projects, contributing to grassroots sports infrastructure development in underserved areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, corporate clients, and government bodies.
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present Gallant Sports offerings.
- Conduct site visits and provide clients with tailored solutions for their sports infrastructure needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Gallant Sports.
- Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Preferred Industry Background:
- Candidates should ideally come from industries such as sports infrastructure, construction, building materials, or related fields where there is significant experience in B2B sales and institutional sales.
- A background in direct, hard-core sales with a focus on educational institutions, corporates, and government bodies is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
- Familiarity with sports infrastructure products and industry trends is a plus.
