Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with extensive experience in the banking, payments, or FinTech sector to lead our efforts in generating, nurturing, and closing leads for our Payment Hub solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking technology, a proven track record of connecting with decision-makers within financial institutions, and a knack for effectively presenting and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new leads within the banking and FinTech ecosystem, focusing on technology solutions tailored to banks needs.
Guide leads through the sales funnel from initial identification to successful closure, leveraging strong relationship-building skills and industry expertise.
Customize solutions to align with clients specific requirements, leveraging deep knowledge of payment processing and banking infrastructure.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes affecting the payment processing landscape, providing valuable insights to senior
management
Prepare and deliver compelling sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, offering regular updates on sales performance and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years experience in sales within the banking, payments, or FinTech sector, with a focus on selling technology solutions to financial institutions.
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the payments industry, with a demonstrated ability to connect with decision-makers in banks.
Strong understanding of payment solutions and banking infrastructure, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, fostering relationships and staying updated on market trends.
