Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management and Sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Actively engage with clients on a regular basis, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling interior design services and products to existing clients.

  1. Prospect Outreach and Lead Response
  • Reach out to prospects and leads through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and leads, providing information about services and guiding potential clients through the sales process.

  1. Collaboration with Designers
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers to develop compelling 2D and 3D presentations for client meetings and pitches.
  • Translate design concepts into persuasive presentations, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client needs effectively.

  1. Sales Strategy Development
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the sales process.

Qualifications:

Experience in Interior Design and Sales

  • Proven experience in both interior design and sales, with a track record of success in client relationship management and sales.
  • Familiarity with the interior design industry, including knowledge of design principles, materials, and trends.

Excellent Communication Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.

Client-Focused Approach:

  • Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and sales professionals.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Sales and Marketing Acumen:

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing and lead generation tactics.
