Responsibilities:
- Client Management and Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Actively engage with clients on a regular basis, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling interior design services and products to existing clients.
- Prospect Outreach and Lead Response
- Reach out to prospects and leads through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and leads, providing information about services and guiding potential clients through the sales process.
- Collaboration with Designers
- Collaborate closely with interior designers to develop compelling 2D and 3D presentations for client meetings and pitches.
- Translate design concepts into persuasive presentations, highlighting the value proposition and addressing client needs effectively.
- Sales Strategy Development
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization in the sales process.
Qualifications:
Experience in Interior Design and Sales
- Proven experience in both interior design and sales, with a track record of success in client relationship management and sales.
- Familiarity with the interior design industry, including knowledge of design principles, materials, and trends.
Excellent Communication Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Fluent in English, Hindi with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
Client-Focused Approach:
- Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
Team Collaboration:
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and sales professionals.

Sales and Marketing Acumen:
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and practices, including digital marketing and lead generation tactics.
