We are hiring for a Our client a leader in integrated services in the Energy Industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in Production Services (Sales of MOPU, Gas processing unit, etc) for their team in Mumbai, India.
If you are adept in the case hole well intervention industry and have exceptional commercial skills, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy, sales plan, and profit targets
- Mentor the sales team to achieve targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and develop a pipeline of opportunities
- Conduct presentations and seminars for clients
- Provide input on tender documents and pricing strategies
- Stay updated on industry technology and share insights
- Ensure accurate market share statistics and Salesforce updates
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Masters / MBA or related field in Production Services (sales of MOPU, Gas processing unit)
- 10+ years of experience in Technical or Sales roles
- Proficiency in MS Word, Databases, and PowerPoint
- Financial Awareness in tender/quotation/budget processes
- Leadership skills
- Have an excellent network of Clients
