We are urgently looking for a experienced Sales Manager having experience of Commercial Automobiles who can speak and communicate in French / Swahili / Lingala.

Contract Period: 2 years

• Job Description:

Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;

• Design and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong market presence;

Run sales campaigns.

• Define KPIs and KRAs for the sales campaigns

Analyze running campaigns and identify areas for process enhancement.

• Apprise the management about the latest sales trends.

Lead the sales team to achieve maximum performance and dedication.

• Promote the Vision and Mission of the organization effectively.

• Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Graduate with at least 5-7 years of working experience in an Automobile Company in commercial vehicles segment.

• Fluent in French / Swahili and English.

Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Strong analytical and leadership skills.

• Effective Time management and problem-solving aptitude.
