Responsibilities
lAbility to develop a sales team from scratch and implement sales policies and strategies.
lTrain sales professionals and help improve their skills
lUse financial techniques to improve sales revenue
lDevelop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
lMonitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met
lConduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
lParticipate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
lProvide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
lReview sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
lMaintain positive professional relationships with clients
lPromote the company's products or services to prospective clients
lInteract with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services if needed.
lPropose and implement different sales tactics for reaching best results.
lSolve any assigned tasks from Key Account Manager regarding sales.
lActing according to company code of ethics.
lEnsuring monthly sales targets are met.
Qualifications
Required language(s): English, Hindi
Bachelor's Degree in business or finance.
Atleast 2 - 3 years experience as a Sales Manager (Mandatory)
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field and managing sales team
Experience dealing with India Market (Mandatory)
Experience in the forex industry (Mandatory) and (Fintech is an added advantage)
Proven record of sales growth and building a team from scratch
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Sharp negotiation and networking skills
