Sales manager is the one who is responsible for closing sales by meeting prospective clients for generating revenue for SasteGhar.com
Responsibility Deliverable

. Lead generation
- Meeting clients
- Site Visits
- Sales Closure
- Keeping updated on Market Trends
- Developing necessary competency domain skills for growth to become Sr Sales Manager.
Tasks & Activities
i. Fetching leads from online portals
ii. Building nurturing relationships with existing clients for generating references.
iii. Participating in Road shows
i) Meeting 2 prospects a day to do need analysis.
ii) Timely Follow ups with prospective clients.
iii) Converting meetings into site visits 4/week.
iv) Converting at least 1 prospects into client in a month.
I. Maintain the details of the client profile/history in the CRM.
II. Bridging between operations and client for after sales service.
III. Updating investors about latest trends and projects.
I. Visit 2 new projects monthly to enhance Knowledge.
II. Enhance presentation skills
Measurement Metrics
- Weekly plan and review of inputs every week
- Monthly plans Vs achievement
- No of leads punched in the LMS in a week.
- No of meetings done in a week
- No of site visits completed in a week
- Record keeping of all above activities in the LMS/CRM
