Lead and manage a team of outbound calling sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the US market.
Monitor team performance and provide ongoing training and support to ensure high levels of productivity and success.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that support sales objectives.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Become a product expert of RepuGen ( www.repugen.com ) and our outbound calling process to provide in-depth product training to the sales team.
Identify and hire talented salespeople to assist with telemarketing. Develop and implement onboarding programs to quickly integrate new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in outbound sales or telemarketing with US clients.
Strong experience in cold-calling and leading a team of cold-callers.
Selling experience of technology products in the US market is highly preferable, and the experience of selling to our target audience (medical practices) will be golden.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work night shifts as per the US PST time zone.
