Roles & Responsibilities:
- Should be able to deliver immediate results in current market conditions.
- Should be know about Vermiculite fire proofing and Intumescent fire paint.
- Create quarterly and annual sales forecasts by estimating the total sales, gross and net operating profits with due consideration to competition, industry trends and economic indicators.
- Should have a strong pipeline for the Oil & Gas industry exclusively in fireproofing works
- Ensure complete understanding of bid requirements, scope of work, and responsibilities are met.
- Prepare pre-bid to qualify and make additions, deletions to quotations/proposals.
- Extensive market research prior to starting up proposal and continue gathering information throughout the life cycle of tendering and post tendering till negotiations
- Identify new tenders and opportunities, prepare project plans and discuss the same with management and making proposals and Bidding / Quoting tenders for all kind of Fire Proofing projects.
- Discuss & finalize the estimates with the General Manager and eliminate unfavorable events.
- Analyze customer satisfaction reports. To make recommendations to improve customer service and retention.
- Build relationships. In order to increase sales and maintain a professional network, sales managers interact with customers, manufacturing representatives and representing the organization at trade shows and conferences.
- Strong Negotiation and deal closing abilities.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients
Eligibility:
- Requiredn2-4 years of core fireproofing experience.
- Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment. Flexible to work in an environment with ambiguity & constant change.
- Must be a graduate of B.E/B Tech - Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering background.
- Would be able to travelling as the job will require.
