Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including developing sales strategies, identifying potential customers, negotiating and closing deals, venue sales and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and meet sales targets.

• Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience in the resort/hotel industry is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
