Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Manager role in Fenestration industry with our client. As a Sales Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and managing a sales team. This is a hybrid role, which means you will be located in Ahmedabad with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development in Fenestration industry
- min. recent 03 yrs Experience in Fenestration industry (Door & windows Aluminium)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
- Experience in the MSME sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
