Position - Sales Manager
Location - Jayanagar
Salary - Up to 80000/- Per Month (Depends on Experience)

Building business relationships with architects, interior designers and real estate developers,
builders and customers.
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships to grow a new pool of customers through
references from architects, interior designers and real estate developers.
Interacting with architects, interior designers and real estate developers and customers,
understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and design.
Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and
exhibitions.
Ensure sales process is adhered to maintained sales pipelines capable of achieving revenue
targets and future.
Discussing and formulating quotations, monitoring pre-sale and post-sale follow up.
Develop and close additional sales opportunities in our existing customer base.
Ensuring that effective designs are generated and presented to clients.
Visiting the client's site, giving proposal of design, quotation and presentation.
Following up on clients. Collecting requisite fees and agreement amounts.
Maintaining the decorum of the showroom at all times and helping all boutiques with new
additional sales.
Grow Chennai territory in revenue and market share and achieve territory Sales targets.
Develop a Sales plan that effectively and efficiently covers all accounts within the assigned
territory.
Need based travel to rest of Tamil Nadu cities on a regular basis to get new business from
architects and interior designers from smaller cities for Chennai.
Prospect for new opportunities and generate new customer relationships within the assigned
territory for growing Bangalore Sales.
Achieving the Chennai Architect division set targets by strategizing, planning and motivating
the entire team.
