Sales Manager Location: Bangalore, India We build large-scale platforms for health that reach 3M patients every year, deployed across 17 countries for work in critical health diseases like TB, HIV, etc. We are expanding to design and deploy more user-centric solutions that are easily accessible and help an individual to take the onus of their health and treatment journey with a dedicated citizen-facing app. We hope to engage with healthcare professionals across service delivery touchpoints to bridge any gap through human-centered technology solutions. Function: Sales and Business Business Development Corporate Sales and Direct Sales Responsibilities On-ground Sales/Lead Generation Build a robust pipeline of leads (doctors and patients) via various sources/channels Meeting the doctors and onboarding them with expected conversion rates. Involves 100% travelling (on-ground sales) Use your expertise in product sales to showcase to doctors how they can transform their practice and convince them to use our product and refer leads Close the sale (conversion/activation of channel partners, doctors, etc) after the trial period Qualifications Graduate degree with minimum 3 years of Field sales experience in Bangalore city Preferably working with a Pharma company Min 1 year of exp meeting Pediatricians Experience with ENT & Allergy is a plus Proficient in English, Kannada and Hindi (Optional) Flexible work timing 6 days working Additional Expectations - You are a natural extrovert i.e. conversing with people feeds your energy You are persistent and able to get the work done by closing sales or getting leads You are deeply empathetic and respectful of people Having a strong Customer Focus is very important Compensation How to Apply Commensurate with experience and extremely competitive in the market.
