Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team
and drive revenue growth across both B2C and B2B segments. The ideal candidate will have a
proven experience in the live artist management, events, media and tech industries, with a
strong ability to forge connections, negotiate deals, and manage high-performing core sales
professionals. This role requires the ability to travel and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, both in the B2C and
B2B sectors.
Handle Sales team
Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities.
Personally engage in high-stakes negotiations and effectively close deals to drive business
success. Get B2B Business
Serve enquiries registered on website
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities to make informed business
decisions related to Artists, clients and events. .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and client
satisfaction.
Be available for travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build strong rapport with
key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the live artist management,
talent management agency, media, or tech sectors and events sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading sales teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Strong network of contacts within the live artist management, media, and tech industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must have good networks
