Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Ethan.ai Private Limited in Mumbai. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - Sales with a proven track record in selling finance products, coupled with a strong understanding of technology. As a Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling our finance products to clients while leveraging your expertise in both finance and technology domains.

Responsibilities

  • Present and promote financial products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and suitability.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
  • Assist in facilitating the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering positive client experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, guiding clients through the sales process and closing deals efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments for and maintain efficiency on all sales procedures and activities

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling finance products.
  • Strong understanding of technology and its application in the finance sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Execution: Execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the designated territory or market segment.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions through our financial products.

Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our finance products including their features, benefits, and performance metrics. Stay updated with market trends and industry regulations related to finance.

Technology Integration: Leverage your understanding of technology to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our finance products to clients. Utilize digital platforms and tools to enhance the sales process and improve customer engagement.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Develop a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities for financial products sales.

Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to educate clients on our finance products, addressing their concerns, and highlighting the value proposition.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, conversion rates, and client retention, and provide regular reports to management.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of developments in the finance and technology industries, attending relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance your knowledge and skills.
