POSITION: Regional Sales Manager (Enterprise Software)
EXPERIENCE (IN YEARS): 5 +
ROLE TYPE: Full time
LOCATION: Delhi
NOTICE PERIOD: Should be 30 Days or less.
The ideal candidate will possess a mix of excellent communication skills, ERP experience and business acumen. To sell the cutting-edge ERP solutions to the enterprise retailers
1. Experience in retail industry and thorough understanding of the retail domain
2. Actively hunt the new opportunities in the assigned territories
3. Actively participates in sales calls and presentations; identifies goals, evaluates account needs, and close the deals
4. Ability to achieve complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation to final negotiation with clients
5. Excellent listening, verbal, written and research skills
6. Quick learner, highly inquisitive and ambitious
7. Ability to understand and successfully promote solution offerings
8. Organized, with strong prioritization skills for follow-ups
9. Effectively builds relationship with CXO level executives
10. The ability to deliver engaging presentations and communicate technical information
11. The ability to build strong relationships, internally and externally
12. Exceptional networking and rapport building skills
13. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
14. Support the identification and development of new business opportunities and help to maintain and grow business within the assigned territories.
Duties:
Analyze business processes and provide solutions using LOGIC ERP Product Suites.
Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis.
Perform Software/Application configuration for the Demonstration purpose and present to customers.
Configure ERP as per requirement gathered and co-ordinate with Senior Product experts for complex requirement configuration.
Prepare commercial and co-ordinate with customers for sales cycle closure.
Pre-sales support and demonstration of LOGIC ERP Product Suite.
