Job Title: Sales Manager

As a sales Manager at Enview Technologies, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and managing a small but talented team of Sales, Business Development, and Growth Executives. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Team Leadership:
Manage and lead a team of Sales, Business Development, and Growth Executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of your team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them improve and achieve their goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve sales processes.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and provide opportunities for professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field MBA is good to have.
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
