Job Description

  • Implement the country/ sub-country level specific sales plan for a particular product and client typeKey Accountabilities:
  • Prior experience in the product / service / software business within the country / sub-country region
  • Graduate with MBA
  • 3-10 years experience in sales
  • Preferred Experience and Qualification:
  • Accountable for achieving sales volume and profitability targets for the business unit (products / services / software) and the specific sub-region
  • Liaises with customer representatives throughout development and delivery for the respective business unit (products / services / software)
  • Responsible for all documentation for the function
  • Responsible for responding to RFQ s/RFP s and producing BOM for a particular customer service delivery
  • Share insights on pricing based on data obtained from competition, consumers and international markets to the Sales Head and Business Unit Heads
Skills
  • proficient in two or three of our solution lines and an avid learner.
    Account Development and Mgmt. and Customer Centricity are the
    cornerstones of this job.
  • Experience or current job in the same location and industry would be preferred.
  • Result orientated, setting and achieving targets and business objectives in
    the defined time window.
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
  • Inter-personal skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Customer centricity; being the customers success manager internally.
  • Ability to grasp the technical and functional knowledge on product and
    tools.
  • Experience of handling Enterprises in Oil, Gas, Power & Infrastructure
    domain (Govt & Private)
