Job Description

Designation - Senior Manager/ Sales Manager Enterprise Sales/ Account Manager ï» - Full-time role

Reports to Regional Sales Head

The objective of this Role is to achieve Sales Targets.

Location - Bangalore, Next Wealth Head-office @ Indiranagar

Qualification/Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in selling IT/BPM services to large enterprises.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Ability to work independently (Individual contributor) and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Technology and its application to businesses
  • Strong sense of organization and time management
  • Lead to order knowledge/ experience in closing deals.
  • Should have a track record of getting/ winning new logos.
  • Should have good rolodex of contacts, to be able to get the company involved in customer conversation and bring logos immediately.
  • Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment and an understanding of technology and technological innovations

Experience - 8-10 Years Experience In Enterprise Sales.

Skills/Competencies Required / Responsibilities

  • Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Generating new leads by cold calling, referrals, events, emails, networking, and more
  • Proactively identify and contact prospects to develop, maintain an accurate and substantial new/high-quality business pipeline, that is aligned to our company's objectives.
  • Hunting New logos
  • Forecasting and achieving/exceeding targets quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned domain/vertical.
  • Update CRM/related systems and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly updates on pipeline and deal closures.
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.
  • Strong accountability & integrity levels
