Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations. Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service. Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. minimum travel of 20-25 days per month.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports. Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Sales Experience with min. 3 years
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.
Compensation
25 K plus Incentive
