Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

Sales Operations & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to inform strategy.
