A. Job Objective
To use a consultative approach to selling, to use expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
B. Key Result Area (KRA)
1. Direct Execution.
1. Lead Management through telephony engagements/calls, managing, tracking and timely follow-up on leads in the CRM
2. Conducting online / telephony presentations for sharing a detailed understanding of our Products/services
3. Meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals
4. Efficient follow-up with customer for closure purpose
5. Completion & exceeding of targeted sales goals.
6. Developing Quality engagements & building constructive relationships with prospective customers
C. Essential Skills
1. Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with consumers / students / parents
2. Good communication skills both written and verbal
3. Ability to stick to time constraints and deadlines
4. Clear Communication to internal and external resources
5. Basic Knowledge of MS office, outlook, PPT, etc.
6. Creativity at workplace
7. Professional in practicing ethics and code of conduct.
