Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and targeting potential customers, promoting tea and coffee brewing services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This role is located in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of the tea and coffee industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
