Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sr. Executive/Asst Manager/Manager/Sr. Manager for Chennai Luxury Projects with a focus on real estate sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.
- Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.
- Generating referrals from existing Sobha customers and promoting Sobha Privilege scheme.
- Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project.
- Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget.
- Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Sobha.
- Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.
- Working for accomplishing self and team target.
- Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.
Qualifications, Experience and Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months to 10 Years of experience in Real Estate sales
- Strong knowledge of Chennai real estate industry practices, trends, and regulations preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Ability and confidence to handle and interact with high-end customers
- Must have good presentation skill and closure skill
- Must be a Go-getter
- Ability to work independently and in a large team environment
- Quick learner
- Must have vehicle (2 or 4-wheeler) and ready to reach multiple projects and client places.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in any field
