Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune - Chinchwad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
