Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports to: Sales Head
Job Summary: As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads for business 2. Sales Presentation: Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Minimum travel of 20-25 days per month.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports
- Collaboration: Work with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.
- Overdue management Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period.
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
Proven sales experience of 5 to 10 years in handling Industrial customers Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.
