Position: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets along the Dwarka Expressway.
3. Identify high-potential clients and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
5. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Manage client negotiations, handle escalations, and ensure smooth post-sales services.
7. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
8. Regularly report on sales performance and projections to senior management.
9. Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance and achieve individual targets.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in real estate.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to develop sales strategies and meet targets.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Working days : Monday To Sunday (Week of on Tuesday or Thursday)
Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 35,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
