Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple sales projects independently, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Negotiations & Closures: Skilfully negotiate terms that meet client needs while advancing company goals, and guide deals through to successful closures.
Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Reporting & Insights: Track and report on key sales metrics, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Geographical Knowledge: Utilize your thorough understanding of Hyderabads real estate landscape to offer informed guidance to clients and navigate the market effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on independent project handling and team coordination.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a professional, convincing attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organized, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
