Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Danube Properties, located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development in the real estate industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Hindi
