Your Role:
As our Sales Manager,you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our client base. Your expertise in handling quotes for both public and private sector clients will be invaluable. You'll lead a team of sales professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategies to secure quotes from public and private sector clients.
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
Collaborating with the sales team to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of customers.
Ensuring compliance with procurement processes and regulations for public sector clients.
Providing leadership and support to the sales team to drive results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, with a focus on handling quotes for both public and private sector clients.
Strong understanding of the procurement processes and regulations for public sector clients.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
