Responsibilities :-

• As Manager, you will be responsible for the complete business in the assigned territory.
• Prepare action plans on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with the Marketing Head: so that effective team execution and objective of walk-ins and closures for the site are achieved.
• Client acquisition, retention, enhancement will be a part of the KRA.
• Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling our services to increase the market share of promising designs
• Be responsible for end-to-end: Leads Generation to closure and pospost- closer relationship management.
• Target Based Job of Sales, sales responsibility
• New corporate tie-up for IPD, OPD and emergency services
• Responsible for periodical corporate health check-up business
• Responsible for recovery of corporate payment outstanding
• Establish occupational health centers in various corporates/PSU
• Arrange engagement program with various stakeholders for business development
• Organize awareness programs at different corporates to channelised their patients to our hospital
