CSML is looking for a Resilient, Empathic, Passionate Senior Business Development to contribute to the growth of Company. Senior Business Development will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast with the current market trends.
- Sales Manager - (Female only)
Plan & Execute business development strategies to achieve sale targets.- Identify new sales leads through various mediums.
Responsible for handling end- to end sales cycle.
- Developing and managing long term relationships with clients to ensure continued satisfaction with the company's services or products.
Create inspirational sales proposals/presentations and pitch for amusement products.- Strengthen relationship with existing clients.
The role will be focused on achieving new business and nurturing the existing client ensuring effective and successful results.
- Pan India travels as per company requirement for client meetings.
Attend trade shows.- Plan and organise trade shows for the company
Providing timely reports to reporting manager/ management.
Min. 3 years of high-quality product sales experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure / negotiate large and complex business deals.
Mature, professional and has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.- High degree of ownership, roll-up-your-sleeve attitude & willingness to get task completed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficiency in MS-office skills mainly PPT
Confident presentation skills.- Strong interpersonal skills.
Well groomed.
